Yes — we monitor all incoming flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, we adjust your pickup accordingly at no extra charge. Your chauffeur will be waiting at arrivals with a personalised sign, and you’ll receive 15 minutes complimentary wait time.

Absolutely. All vehicles in our fleet are fully VHA (Victorian Hire-car Authority) licensed and comprehensively insured. Our chauffeurs hold the appropriate accreditations and are professionally trained — your safety and comfort are always our priority.
